-one large package of chocolate chips
(or a 12 ounce chocolate bar, chopped) -one tablespoon margarine -4 matzot -saucepan, double boiler or microwave -cookie sheet -waxed paper -mixing spoon, rolling pin, measuring spoon ![]()
1.Ask a grownup to help you melt the chocolate over
low heat or in the microwave. Stir to prevent burning. 2.Break the matzah into pieces and stir into the chocolate. 3.Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper. 4.Pour chocolate matzah mixture onto the waxed paper and cover it with another sheet of waxed paper. 5.Flatten the mixture with a rolling pin. Refrigerate. 6.When the mixture hardens, peel off the top paper and break chocolate into pieces. 7.Share it with your family and friends. |
