Make a Mizrah!

• small piece of plain fabric, about seven inches wide and five inches high
• fabric crayons
• iron (adult use)
• plastic drinking straw
• glue (fabric or hot glue)
• buttons and/or ribbons
• one piece of yarn, 12" long
• scissors

2.Using the fabric crayons, color the picture.
3.Follow the directions on the box to transfer the picture onto the fabric.
4.Decorate the two sides and the bottom of the fabric with the buttons and/or ribbon.
5.Wrap the top of the fabric around the straw and glue in place.
6.Thread the yarn through the straw and hang on the eastern wall in your house.
