• one large package of chocolate chips
  (or a 12 ounce chocolate bar, chopped)
• one tablespoon margarine
• 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
• saucepan, double boiler or microwave
• cookie sheet
• waxed paper
• mixing spoon, rolling pin, measuring spoon

1.Ask a grownup to help you melt the chocolate over low heat or in the microwave.
   Stir to prevent burning.
2.Stir orange sections into the chocolate.
3.Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
4.Using the mixing spoon, lift chocolate covered orange sections onto the waxed paper.
5.Refrigerate.
6.When the chocolate hardens, eat and enjoy! (For variety, you can
    cover other fruits that grow in Israel into chocolate too.)
