Here’s a great way to enjoy these delicious Israeli treats:


cucumbers tomatoes onions (optional) parsley lemon juice olive oil salt pepper

 

Have an adult help you chop cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and parsley.

Mix all of the vegetables together.

Make a dressing out of the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Use as much of each ingredient as tastes good to you.
Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix.
Serve with a smile and enjoy plain or in a pita pocket with hummus (and falafel if you like)!
